Egied Wouters focuses mainly on notarial law, gifts, wills and estates, settlements-divisions, contract law, construction law, spatial planning and urban development, laws regarding flats and co-ownership, liability law and general civil law.
He is also regularly appointed by court as debt mediator and temporary administrator. He is a former president of the Young Conference and a member of the Council of the Turnhout Bar Association. During the judicial years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, he served as President of the Turnhout Bar Association.
Egied Wouters studied law at KULeuven and obtained his Master’s degree in law in 1988. He also obtained a special licence in notarial practice from the same university in 1989. Finally, he is an aggregate for Higher Secondary Education (HSO) and Higher Short-Type Education (Bachelor). He joined the Bar in 1988.
